#teachingaxelharmantl: Halloween Activity - Googly Eyes

Hi Loves, 

We’re back with another spooky activity for baby to explore! This is such a simple activity, and it kept AH entertained for a long time, and it takes less than 5 minutes to get set it up. 

Things you need: 

- Zip Lock Bag

- Googly Eyes

- Hair Gel

So to get rid of the label on the zip lock bag, you can use nail polish remover.. But please make sure you wash the zip lock bag before handing it over to baby!! 

Squeeze the whole tube of hair gel into the zip lock bag. Well, it depends on the size of your zip lock bag, you can decide how much hair gel you want to squeeze in.. 



Add in as many Googly Eyes as you want and mix them all together. You can choose to squeeze out the air pockets. Or leave them in, it’s entirely up to you. 



And just let baby explore. So AH has been sitting up on his own for a while now and I wanted him to practice sitting up right. I tapped this bag onto the sliding door so he could have a better view. You can even do this activity for babies who are doing tummy time! You can tape them anywhere you like.. As long as they don’t put it in their mouths in case it spills over. 



Oh I just love watching AH’s explore. Those little fingers feeling different textures and figuring out how to make the eyes move. 

AH loves making loud noises somehow, so I tapped this onto a baking pan and he absolutely loved it! He kept tapping the pan and using those little fingers to move the Googly eyes. 

Sit back, relax a little mama.. Just let the littles explore on their own. But of course stay close in case of anything.
