Things I Need To Quit



Few days ago, I read Jade & Oak's blog and being inspired by what they wrote. I decided to blog about Things I Need To Quit. A random post, but a good way to start getting rid of bad habits. image

1. WORRYING.

I actually have a bad habit where I worry about things that has not happened, or when it is about to happen. I should seriously STOP worrying and just let things go with the flow.

2. TAKING CONTROL

I am a person who must follow a schedule or know the itinerary. I like things that are organised, and well prepared somehow. I tend to overstress myself when I don't know what's going on, so yeah. This bad habit really needs to go.

3. SUGAR!

I have a sweet tooth. I love chocolates, sweets, ice creams. You name everything gummy, sweet and yummy... I love it! And because of all these amazing sweetness, I have gained a lot of weight. So time to cut down the sugar lever. And am trying this whole NO SUGAR diet. image I have to do this for my health.

4. PROCASTINATING #cleaneating

It's time I start eating healthy food. No more carbs, fast food, sugar or anything that is bad for my body. So time for salad's and loads of red meat.

5. FINDING EXCUSES TO WORKOUT

#healthyliving has to begin. I keep coming up with excuses for not working out, I'm late for work. I'm too tired.. I'm a lazy pig sometimes. Most times to be exact. image

6. PLAYING WITH THE IPAD BEFORE I SLEEP. 

I have a habit, where I need to play with my iPad before I sleep. It's either I will 9gag or start Pinning some interesting Pins on Pinterest. Or then again, stalk people on Facebook. image I should start reading more, I bought so much books at Big Bad Wolf!

7. STOP STEALING THE BLANKET FROM LE HULK HUBSTER. 

Every night, I would slowly and unknowingly take most of the blanket / comforter on the bed. Poor Le Hulk Hubster, left to shiver in the cold.  image

8. PLAYING WITH THE PHONE WHEN I'M BORED.

Such a conversation killer right? I know.. Every time I'm bored or stuck in a boring conversation, I take out my phone and start "socialising" in the internet... image Logic fail. But yeah, now a days.. I need to STOP playing with my phone when I'm with friends or family, follow the good old days. Communicate.

Ok la, 8 things to quit good enough kan? Too many also cannot keep it up. image So let's see if I can do all 8 of this. Oh which reminds me.

As of tomorrow (2nd October) I am on a diet. So stay tuned to my blog or Dayre to see what diet I'm on.
