Nail Tutorial: OPI Black Shatter

I recently purchased the best ever nail art tool from OPI. It's so easy to use and it's a style that fits anything. Depends on how you create different look to it. =)

So anyways, it's really simple. Just 4 easy steps!

1 Step Base Coat

2 Color

- Choose a color that you like.

3 Apply OPI Black Shatter

4 Top Coat
